Jan De Bont's SPEED is an incredibly kinetic, supercharged action yarn about an elite SWAT-team cop (Keanu Reeves with a buzzcut) who's targeted by a psychotic unibomber (Dennis Hopper) and led onto an L.A. city bus that's triggered to explode if it goes below 50 mph.
This movie may have been made some 12 years ago, but it's still one of a kind. The three adrenaline pumping set pieces - namely the elevator shaft, the bus and the subway - take thrill to the next level!
