At last year's Star Awards, MediaCorp freshie Joanne Peh did a Fann Wong by hoisting home two trophies for Most Popular Newcomer and Top 10 Most Popular Female Artiste. So, come this evening's extravaganza, will the fetching NTU-SCI undergrad and Miss Singapore Universe 2002 finalist once again rise to the occasion and secure herself a coveted spot in the Top 10? Is fire hot? Is water wet? Is Zoe Tay a mother? Okay, okay...I think you guys get the drift ;-)
