Fried Calamari

For squid connoisseurs who failed to squeeze the recipe for fried calamari out of the corpulent Mr. Curry, the compounds are relatively straightforward. All you need are sotong rings, buttermilk, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. And, of course, a saucepan. Happy cooking! (This ain't a food blog, so don't count on anything more.)
