Vegetarian Hor Fun

Not far from the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple on Waterloo Street is a specialty restaurant serving strictly vegetarian fare. In an attempt to accrue brownie points with the Goddess of Mercy, I settled for a meatless plate of hor fun there. Alackaday, my good intention didn't pay off; if anything, the awful $3.00 concoction made me abdicate my momentary 'monkhood' in a heartbeat! Amitabha.
