Vegetarian Vermicelli

Once or twice every month on a late Sunday morning, I'll become a 'sporadic Buddhist' and have packeted vegetarian bee hoon for brunch (along with a piping cuppa 3-in-1 instant coffee mix). Particularly savor the crispy zhai er (deep-fried bean curd skin?). And because they don't use real meats, I believe you can get them pretty cheaply (mind my English, Marilyn). Mine's only $2.50 with extras. अमिताभ.
