"Where's My Pen??"

Sat right behind this girl at the SOLAR (read: Student's Pass OnLine Application and Registration) seminar held at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority this afternoon. It was so darn stodgy that I starting fidgeting with my Nokia. And that was when I noticed a Staedtler in this girl's hair!
