A daily (morning) sight in front of Tiong Bahru MRT station's Passenger Service Centre (formerly known as 'Station Control'). What are these people queuing up for? A sneak peek at the new passenger lift that's presently still under construction? Complimentary passes to the next R21 adult film slated to hit the screens of Yangtze Cineplex? Or a free makeover since these folks certainly look like they could use one? :-P Nah. None of the above. These uncles and aunties, who clearly have too much time on their hands, are merely standing in line - albeit crooked - for their free daily TODAY paper. Bummer.
