Fitness Corner

Welcome to Day One of Tekan Boot Camp: Hell Week. This morning, you will do circuit training in the order of the diagram4. Following that, you will do your SOC and IPPT back-to-back. And suppose you can survive all that, we will double the dose tomorrow. Enjoy your stay!
