Going Green?

Today is Vesākha, or Buddha's Birthday as it's informally known. Not as widely observed in Singapore as, say, Christmas, Vesak Day nonetheless bears the significance of remembering the birth, enlightenment and passing away of Siddhārtha Gautama. So, will my Burmese chums and coworkers be vegetarians for a day?
