Don & Udon

I'm no speaker of Nihongo, but I'm guessing don means rice and udon means noodles? Anyways, the pictured salmon don (top left) and fish katsu curry udon (top right) were somewhat substandard considering the former used only plain rice (as opposed to sticky rice) and the latter's curry gravy tasted suspiciously like a certain brand of instant noodles.
