Lontong

I should undergo a crash course in our Malay culinary culture (*blush*), since I didn't know 3lontong is a dish comprising mainly compressed rice cut into small cakes (ketupat sans wrapping?); I always thought the centerpiece were those curry vegetables (i.e. cabbage and green/long beans). So funny when Mdm Foo discovered Albert's amah forgot to add an egg in her set. And trust me when I say this thing's real easy on the pocketbook (only $2.50) to boot.
