Meef Doodles

Third installment – the first in close to two years – in the intermittent 'doodles' series. This was what a famished Seemong scarfed down for his post-SQC meeting lunch last Wednesday. Yours truly ain't a big bovine meat buff, yet the beef cutlets admittedly look tender and the soup flavorsome. (Does this dish give one peculiarly foul breath, though?)
