Gypsy Cat?

Could this stray catnapping on the outskirts of Chin Swee (near Cheenatown) be a property of the Sea Gypsies (going by that beaded 'collar'), or could it be a manifestation of the Monkey King Sun Wukong in another one of his 72 transformations?
