UNDER SIEGE 2: DARK TERRITORY
5All in a day's work: Former Navy SEAL-turned-cook(!) Casey Ryback (a certain squinty-eyed, ponytailed Aikido master) proves that he can snap a terrorist's neck as easily as he can whip up a USS crew's meal.
One of the first (and finest) action movies I caught with my army campmates Martin Chew and Nicolas Koh was the 1995 Steven Seagal vehicle UNDER SIEGE 2: DARK TERRITORY. Call me susceptible, but I thought (then) it was the most pumped up adrenaline rush after DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE of the same year (ref: the climactic train collision sequence).
Even jaded 8 Days reviewer Whang Yee-ling was rightfully impressed.
