There was a time when I was hooked - lined and sinkered? - on ABC's HOME IMPROVEMENT starring Tim 'Buzz Lightyear' Allen as Tim 'The Tool Man' Taylor, an underachieving family man with his own Selffix DIY TV show. The (then) cute and cubby Jonathan Taylor Thomas (voice of young Simba in THE LION KING) played his middle son and one of the sitcom's running gags is their 'mysterious' problem solving neighbor Wilson (Earl Hindman), whose face is never fully seen/revealed.
