Teppan Curry Chicken

After a string of student sign-ups at April's Century Square road show (my lucky 'treasure cove'), I decided to give myself a Barry Horowitz-style self-pat on the back. A sizzling hot plate of teppanyaki curry chicken (with rice) didn't seem like a bad idea at that point, except that - out of sheer hunger and, perhaps, eagerness - I scalded my poor pinky tongue while sipping that luscious gravy :-(
