He's Jamie Oliver to/for the older (Asian?) generation. Whilst Martin Yan may not be as sought-after as The Naked Chef, the Chinese-born culinarian has certainly paid his dues for three decades and proven that Yan Can (indeed) Cook. Homemakers should pick up some 'hash-slinging' skills from this sifu - or, at least, the lightning-speed dicing technique!
