Zhu Zha Mian Sian
Pig's organ mee sua is conceivably a common dish here amongst local food lovers, but why do I get this feeling that I'm only sampling it for the first time? (Absent-mindedness at work again?) The one from Tiong Bahru Plaza's Kopitiam also chams too much salted vegetable that it inundates the taste of the innards.
