Chiak Buay Sian

I know I've probably done more chicken chop posts on this blog than Bill Clinton has attested "I never had sex with that woman". (*Shrug*) What can I say? I'm 'gustationally betrothed' to it (the meal, not Monica Lewinsky). The fixings are all but standard: pan-fried chicken slab (with gravy that I rather not have), ridged fries, Heinz beans in tomato sauce, coleslaw salad and - in this case - 'sunny-side everywhere'. Yawn?
