Stack 'em Up!
Rice is Asia's staple food - or is it not? Like eggs and chicken, there are so many ways to cook/prepare it. Let's see, you can fry it, steam it, braise it, make it into porridge or congee, or even eat it raw! Just kidding about the last one :-P There's also the glutinous form of it, most commonly used for bak chang, lor mai kai and sushi. See? I know my foods! And what does this post have to do with a 3singular stack of rice? Well, let me think about that and get back to you. Heh!
