Hot & Spicy

Besides red hot chilli peppers (hmm...), what other kinda food's hot & spicy in these parts? Kimchi from Korea? How about tom yum from Thailand? Or mala hotpot from Taiwan? Speaking of them already makes one sweat beads. I can take hot & spicy stuff, alright, but only moderately. I know some people who gorge chilli padi as if it's celery. Ou xiang!
