Some personal druthers when it comes to eating prawn noodles: (1) always have them in soup (and not with soup), 'cos dry noodles should be stir-fried altogether (or at least that's my belief) (2) extra sprinkling of cut red chilli (best if it's chilli padi) (3) copious amounts of white pepper and light soy sauce.
