Car Park

Not to sound like sour grapes or anything (because I don't possess a driver's license, let alone a set of wheels), but having a car in Singapore can be quite a hassle. Instead of an asset, it can even be a liability. COE, ERP, parking, petrol, maintenance...the list goes on.
