Cockles
Sure, you ask for more hum in your laksa and char kuay teow, but are they safe enough to eat? Isn't it true that an over-consumption of cockles can ostensibly lead to the contraction of Hep B? No, siree. "Hepatitis B is transmitted through blood, semen, saliva and other body fluids. It is spread by blood transfusion, sharing of needles, sexual contact and other exposure to bodily fluids." (Source: Internet) Cockles, if rarely, are responsible for Hep A - as is contaminated food in general. Now we've got our facts straight :-)
