When the directors of Bistro Europa, located along Orchard Road between the Royal Thai Embassy and International Building, and their 'exterior designers' first met to brainstorm on the sidewalk cafe's theme, the following exchange probably took place.

Bistro Boss: I would like to go for a sick, twisted, Americana look.

Designer: Piece-a-cake, sir! We can have a statue of some dismembered Native guy greet customers with roadkill on his shoulders.

Bistro Boss: My, that sounds like a fantabulous idea! You're a genius, Tonto!
