Mickey Mouse

Question: When was the last time anyone saw ol' Mickey in a cartoon (other than re-runs, that is) or at the cinemas? With Pixar now a sovereign production company (thereby leaving Walt Disney's animation arm in the dust/dumpster), the Mouse House's most famous (and complacent) mascot may one day be reduced to flogging apparel and accessories for a living. Now, wouldn't that be sad?
