Got Limbs?

Am I seeing this thang correctly? (*Rubs eyes*) Does the van really say 'limbs & services'? Are they referring to prosthetic appendages (y'know, like those used for athletes)? If so, what is meant by 'home services'? Outcalls, I suppose? How much do they charge? So many burning questions. Only one way to find out :-P
