Safe Eater
There are so many different types - rather, flavors - of ramen on the Ajisen menu (e.g. Ton Toro, Nan-Kotsu, Cha Shu and Kumamoto), but the one I ended up ordering was the original soup base. Why? Because I'm not exactly an 'adventurous eater', if you know what I mean. But at least I opted for extra spicy, which wasn't all that fiery to begin with :-P
