The newest and largest shopping mall in northeastern Singapore (at 23 Serangoon Central), nex is "at the epicentre of an integrated transport hub that links the new 16-bay Serangoon Bus Interchange and the stations of the new Serangoon Circle line and existing Serangoon North East line".
