The Doings of Chupas?

El Chupa-cabra has been blamed for the latest bouts of beheadings in Mexico. More than 300 goats were decapitated over a mere two-month period and since minimal blood was found at the scenes the 'goat sucker' became the main culprit. I do hope this isn't some sick, sadistic prank perpetrated by a bovid basher.
