Meet Samantha Tan (@ appie) whom I got to know while impersonating as Isabelle Loreto Lee (@ Kexin^_^). She's 'promoting' some "egg balancing game" (AKA Eggs Away!) on iPhone. I think this is the kinda amusement that makes people kooky?
