Hear my confession: There's nothing more I savor than heartland hawker food. They're cheap, come in sizable servings and taste scrumptious - what's there not to like?

One of my favorite noodle-type fare's mee tai mak (or 'rat poop'?). Nan Yuan beside Beo Crescent Market's my current supplier, but it must be noted that they close by noon.
