Ayam Penyet Ria

Ayam penyet (crushed/smashed/ flattened fried chicken) at Clifford Centre's Banquet f(r)ails when stacked up against Orchard Tower's Muslim eatery on Level 4 - or formerly so(ld). The meat's too hard and cold (if only it was cash), the rice's...(supposed to be?) white. Good thing I have my bubbly teh tarik to see me through :-)
