Fuji Television's BEACH BOYS was the first idol drama of/from any country that I saw. Set in the breezy summer of '97, this highly rated Japanese series made instant stars out of Yutaka Takenouchi and Takashi Sorimachi, who sang the unforgettable theme song Forever along with Richie Sambora. Miss it much!
