The McCain Debacle

Arizona Senator and Republican presidential candidate John McCain must be cussing at himself now - first for snubbing David Letterman by canceling his VIP appearance on THE LATE SHOW an hour before airtime (saying he had to rush back to Capital Hill to 'fix the "about-to-crater" economy'), and then for telling a national lie (promptly exposed by Letterman via hijacked 'live' feed) by stopping by same-station CBS EVENING NEWS with Katie Couric.
Tsk, tsk. These politicians...
