Human Thermostat

That's moi! I know I'm "more confused than a cow on Astroturf" (haha good one!) when I set my room air-conditioning first to 18˚C, then to 26˚C, and only to turn it off later. Afterward, I'll turn it back on again, then set it to 18˚C, and so forth... My poor Fujitsu must be feeling damn frustrated, but I can't help it! Do you guys sleep with the air-con on or off? Better yet, do you guys sleep with your clothes on or off?? :-X
