Duck Rice

Eating (roast, as opposed to braised) duck rice is analogous to committing one of the seven deadly sins - gluttony. Although the serving here looks substantively savorous, one must not slight the amount of lipids lined beneath that layer of lubricated skin. For me, it's a once-a-month affair, 'cause, in spite of my commendable BMI and relatively high metabolism, I still fear cholesterol :-X
