Overzealous

Barely a month ago, the narrow entrance to the ambiguously named 'Treatment Massage Centre' (try wrapping your head around 'Rehabilitation Physical Centre') below my flat was bedecked with congratulatory 'standing ovations' from Noel Gifts and such. Today, the entire setup is still undergoing some heavy-duty reno + recon. As Gregory 'Hurricane' Helms would shriek, "What's up with that??"
