Homemade Curry Chicken

Note 1: 'Home' doesn't refer to ours. Note 2: It's 'curry chicken', not 'chicken curry'. This was what the mumster brought back from her bi-weekly jaunt to Uncle Patrick's floating fish farm (or simply kelong) at Pasir Ris. I know it doesn't look very inviting, but what did you expect? I was freakin' famished then!
