Fattening & Expensive - But NICE!

For folks with high metabolisms like - ahem - myself (is this half-sentence structured correctly?), we can afford to pile on the fats and the lard and whatnots from time to time. So, this afternoon, I treated my good self to a piping pot of mei cai kou rou (梅 菜 扣 肉 - and please don't ask me to translate that into English) with rice. Deflated my wallet by $5.50, but I surmise it was well worth it.
