Japanese Ramen

Never been a huge habitue of Japanese food places (save for the sporadic patronage of Yoshinoya). I believe I belong in the colonial era when I claim that most Japanese fodder are either raw or ridiculously spicy. I once dined at Ajisen and found myself slurping soft drink profusely to douse the 'heat'. Between ramen and the generic Maggi mian, taking into account the ajinomoto, I'd go for the latter *_^
