I'm cocksure - you're not sure unless you're cocksure! - I screwed up the title of this post. Instead of doing justice to this delicious dish (doable at $3.00), I ended up translating directly from its Mandarin name you ji fan. Anyhow, look at those halves of a handsome stewed egg. I'd have no prob scarfing down five of them!
