Laksa

Apart from Hainanese chicken rice (my all-time favorite!), the other 'uniquely Singaporean' dish, I presume, would be Peranakan laksa (this one's priced at $4.00). I prefer chor bee hoon (thick rice noodles) and lots of hum (cockles). Looking at the sliced fish cake and fried beancurd is enough to make me salivate, man!
