Well, Ching He-Huang of cookery show CHING'S KITCHEN, who's described as "refreshing, entertaining, beautiful and above all makes fantastic food" by UKTV's Gareth Williams, says a lot of things. Like, "this dish is particularly popular for its Thai and Vietnamese flavors, with a dash of Chinese." Methinks milady's just confused.
