Ichiban neh!

One distinctive feature of Japanese restaurants (pardon the deja vu) is that they always seem so spic-and-span. I don't think one can find even a speck of dust on those dining tops. And what about them menus; I bet they're placed parallel to the edges of the tables. Goodness.
