Fist-ball Doodles

Kicked off my chilly Hari Raya morning with a bowl of piping hot fishball noodles ($3.50) at Kopitiam. As per usual practice, I had to season my soup further by adding the four important ingredients: dong cai, pepper, soy sauce and cut chilli (padi in this case). It doesn't matter if you're having mee or bee hoon; it's the soup that makes all the difference in the world. Spoken like a true connoisseur, indeed! :-P
