Caroline (or Jingwei), bubbly as a glass of champagne, is all sunshiny smiles here standing atop the Garden Bridge in Chinatown. Come January 28, which is the eve of the Lunar New Year, this whole place will be flooded with eleventh-hour shoppers converging from all over the Singapore islet.
